RF VP Series (Vacuum Pump Oil)

RF VP Series is a premium mineral-based vacuum pump oil for the vacuum pumps used to evacuate and dehydrate refrigeration and air conditioning systems before charging. Available in RF-VP 32, 46, 68 and 100.

Product details

RF VP Series is formulated for sealing and lubricating rotary (container-type) mechanical vacuum pumps, and for the gear transmission in Roots vacuum pumps (mechanical booster pumps). Carefully selected additives give stable, low-vapour-pressure performance during evacuation and dehydration work. Excellent lubricity and anti-corrosion properties reduce friction and extend pump life; fast water separation and rapid defoaming keep pump operation stable; and long-life oxidation stability reduces carbon deposits and oil ageing, extending oil-change intervals. Available in four grades: RF-VP 32, 46, 68 and 100 (viscosity index min. 90, flash point from 210°C). Complies with SH 0528-1992 (2007).
